Digital education
Appropriate work is currently underway on the Concept of Development and Implementation of the Digital Education System in Turkmenistan, approved by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan dated September 15, 2017 No. 340. In order to develop digital education, first and foremost, computer literacy is constantly being improved for teachers, professionals, as well as those who work in the field of education to master the modern computer technology.
According to the measures provided for in the Concept Plan, a network of digital education system software has been developed by teachers at the Railway transport secondary school in Ashgabat, and a digital education portal has been developed on its basis. The digital education portal includes sections such as e-mail, teaching aids, competitions, textbooks, textbooks, dictionaries. In addition, as a result of the widespread introduction of digital technologies, high-speed Internet in educational institutions, long-distance lessons, video conferences between higher and secondary vocational schools of the country, including foreign universities, scientific and educational centers, which cooperate in the field of education. is regularly organized. Electronic educational textbooks, textbooks, teaching aids, video-audio materials, interactive-multimedia programs, teaching aids, information books are also being created in all educational institutions with the introduction of digital educational technologies.
Under the wise leadership of our esteemed President, a large-scale work has been carried out at our School of Education to develop the digital education system, including:
- An existing digital education portal has been installed in the existing information and communication system of the Railway transport secondary school in Ashgabat and an electronic library is functioning.
- E-learning resources, i.e. datasets for educational purposes (e-books, curricula, manuals, digital, general, practical and practical classes, video and audio data, presentations, tests and logical questionnaires, etc.) on the internal education portal of the teaching school. m.) have been placed and they are constantly being enriched.
- The School of Education has opportunities for teachers and students to use high-speed internet services.
